Juggling makes you clever

by timb October 14, 2009 17:57

A recent report has revealed that Juggling makes you clever.

Juggle and become a bit more clever(er)

Of course running makes you fitter.

Therefore Joggling should (eventually!!) make you super fit and hyper intelligent.

With this in mind I expect to complete the Grand Unified Theory during my next 10K Wink

Welcome to the wonderful world of Joggling

by Admin August 06, 2009 20:01

Welcome to my website all about joggling. If you are interested in joggling or fancy giving it a go then I hope there is something useful on this site. Please free free to send me any requests for future articles or queries / tips etc via the Contacts Page.

What is Joggling?

Joggling is running and juggling at the same time (a mixture of juggling and jogging). Everyone can learn to joggle - just learn to juggle three balls and then practise walking and running with them. Look at most runners in a race and especially their arms - they're all joggling without the balls.

Why joggle?

Joggling is like running whilst lifting weights continuosly so it gives you both a lower and upper body workout. It also improves the concentration and gives you something to do during a long race. There is always the challenge of trying to run a whole 10K or half-marathon without dropping the balls once.

Jogglers around the world?

There are lots of Jogglers around the world and we would like the opportunity to promote them as much as possible. The Joggling Directory page contains details of jogglers from all around the world. If you are a fellow joggler then please get in touch with us and we can post your details online.

My Races

I try and joggle as many races as I can during the year to help promote the sport of Joggling. These vary from 5K up to 15 miles(I'm working on going a bit further). To read about the races that I've Joggled; and see what I'm planning in the future; please visit the Races page. To see photos taken during these races, see the Photos page.

Good reading and lets get Joggling in the 2012 olympics.
