by timb May 26, 2010 19:04

Club Joggling 400m

Thought I would practise some Club Joggling before the 5K race.

Managed 400m in 2 minutes but can't go much further before losing control with clubs flying everywhere.

There are a few more photos on the Photos page

Visit the Races page for race details (got a new PB - Yippee!)

Sleaford Half Marathon 2010

The Viking Way in the Sleaford Half Marathon 2010

Joggling in the cold with a strong wind is not the easiest way to start a half marathon.

After two miles we were off-road (and into muddy land) following the Viking way for 2 miles - I don't think the Vikings were Jogglers.

Spires and Steeples 26 Mile Challenge

by timb October 19, 2009 18:21

Hooray! - completed my first marathon Joggle.

Spires and Steeples Challenge 2009

I can joggle up, down, and over bridges but not over stiles (very well) or through gates (unless someone nearby is kind enough to open it for me).

So, including the water and flapjacks I had a lots of stops on this race.

Considering all this I was delighted to get round in just over 4.5 hours.

The next challenge is a road marathon and an attempt at a sub 4 hour joggle.

Juggling makes you clever

by timb October 14, 2009 17:57

A recent report has revealed that Juggling makes you clever.

Juggle and become a bit more clever(er)

Of course running makes you fitter.

Therefore Joggling should (eventually!!) make you super fit and hyper intelligent.

With this in mind I expect to complete the Grand Unified Theory during my next 10K Wink

East Coast Classic 10K (Mablethorpe)

by timb September 13, 2009 20:02

The donkeys at Mablethorpe were quicker than me

Another attempt to crack 50 minutes for a 10K Joggle is beaten by a howling gale at the sea front at Mablethorpe.

I need lead Juggling balls and some time on the weights to beat the wind.
