Finally won a trophy for 1st male in the 12 hour race.

Joggling across London Bridge in the 2011 Marathon

For some reason I was dressed as a Doctor whilst Joggling the Marathon. The atmosphere was superb throughout with steel bands playing and lots of different acts along the route.

It was a lovely day so the streets were crowded and everyone was outside the pub cheering the runners- especially the lunatic joggling.

Apart from a bit of cramp at 25miles and a dubious interview outside Big Ben it was brilliant.

Yorkshire Moors 50 Mile Ultramarathon

This was a tough 50 mile ultramarathon across the yorkshire moors in the middle of winter.

Brilliantly organised by AdventureHub whose soup and biscuits kept me going when all patient had disappeared.

The race started at Whitby, followed the Cleveland way (fun in the dark and snow - especially if you have a bit of vertigo!), and then headed across the moors for 25 miles or so. Only managed about 15 miles joggling - I'd still be there now if I kept joggling. There are some photos on the Photos page

Who said that running around water was nice and flat!

Another tough event from Fat-Feet consisted of a lap around the lake (incorporating 2 laps of the hambleton peninsula).

Managed 4 hours 35 for the marathon but was cream crackered at the finish.

This was my 3rd Year running the Newark Marathon so I fancied doing something a bit more challenging!

I've done it - 70 mile ultramarathon in 20 hours 28 minutes with about 17.5 hours of joggling (the rest of the time was resting/eating).

Nest stop the 24 hr world record (hopefully 2nd April 2011)

Thought I would practise some Club Joggling before the 5K race.

Managed 400m in 2 minutes but can't go much further before losing control with clubs flying everywhere.

Joggling the Lincoln 10K and crept under 50 minutes (hooray!) .
